TERMS OF SCHEDULING

Application Approval

By agreeing to the Terms of Scheduling, you certify that, prior to scheduling an appointment, you have filled out an application and have been contacted by Woofs Wags & Wiggles pending your approval. If you should schedule an appointment without having filled out an application and without being approved, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will be notified and reimbursed accordingly. If you should show up for an appointment without approval, you will be turned away and denied service until your application is approved.

Scheduling

Please be sure to schedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Your spot can not be guaranteed if you attempt to schedule within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Rescheduling

If you should need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. A refund will not be applied to you or your account, but instead you will have the opportunity to choose another day. If you should try and reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you may not be eligible to reschedule or receive a refund.

Cancellations

Due to space limitations, and for the safety of the dogs, there are a limited amount of dogs that Woofs Wags & Wiggles can accept on a daily basis. Therefore, reservations are required at all times, and are often made a month in advance.  If there is space available, Woofs Wags & Wiggles will accept drop-ins without a reservation; However, Woofs Wags & Wiggles encourages you to call ahead. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Please note that Woofs Wags & Wiggles is closed on holidays. Holiday boarding deposits will not be refunded, but can be applied to your next boarding reservation. You must provide a 10 day notice of cancellation prior to the holiday in order for your deposit to be applied toward future services. Otherwise, the fee will be forfeited as there is no way to guarantee Woofs Wags & Wiggles can fill your spot so close to the holiday.

Refunds

If you cancel an appointment, and don’t reschedule, a refund will not be issued automatically to your account. In order to receive a refund, Woofs Wags & Wiggles will have to issue it to you manually. Refunds may not be applicable in all circumstances and are subject to the above Terms of Scheduling, Terms of Service, and at the discretion of Woofs Wags & Wiggles.

Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase a subscription plan, your card will automatically be charged every week for the amount of the package you selected until you choose to cancel your subscription.
